Can I pay by Direct debit or Standing order?

Payment by direct debit* is unfortunately not yet possible. We’re working on it!

Managing payments by standing order** is also not availabe yet. The code of the “communication” box that appears on invoices changes every month. Currently, verification between payments by standing order and subscriptions require manual work, which is not always obvious.

To avoid having to make a payment every month, we recommend setting up a prepaid amount. This allows you to choose the billed amount yourself (and its frequency) and it facilitates management for Nubo.


* Direct debit: you authorize Nubo to debit the invoice amount from your account.

** Standing order: you automate the regular payment of an amount to Nubo’s account.
