What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Currently we don’t have an automated procedure for deleting data in case of subscription cancellation. In this case, we remove:

  • Mail, webmail and cloud data and settings.
If you're not a shareholder:
  • your record in the crm;
  • your LDAP authentication record;
  • your user settings in my.nubo.coop.

All this data will remain in backups for as long as we keep them (currently three months).
